I got the razer kraken 7.1 and I plugged it into my controller for xbox one and it always makes a cracking or static sound and it won’t go away, plz someone help me razer support is nonexistent atp and is leading me to the same fucking site and its making me want to just smash the fucking headset and get new ones.

    Did you already try the steps here? If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you resolve the audio issue of your headset.
