It keeps disconnecting my Razer v3 pro mouse connected wirelessly 2.4 Ghz.

I've been using it for about 4 months and suddenly it started disconnecting constantly. I will move the USB to another place, it will work for a while and then the disconnection sound spam again

I’d check for a firmware update for your mouse and wireless dongle.

If it not help, then I’d RMA it.
