Item not delivered or update on the product delivery

Evening Razer, 

 

I have a problem which i had claimed through a redemption code on the 6th april 

However my order is saying it has been received and nothing has updated since i have placed it, shipping says 5-7 days and any problems should have only added 2-3 more days on top. Order #RZGBRD1000001577315

I have had no update on what has happened with said product and wish to know what the problem is and why i still haven’t received it  

 

I would like to find out if anything has happened or if i will actually be receiving the product because i am in the dark here really

I've contacted support throughout X and they are doing arranged distribution amongst all redemption code users etc and may take time, person from support said it might take time and it'll come either mid May or June which was a blackshark vw pro headset, sadly you'll have to wait fro your order a bit dude, no cap but true facts from support just wait you'll get it, also it says 5 to 7 business days just after shipment, you will get your shipment email later this month or next and will be shipped and you'll get your tracking number aswell and the date it'll arrive to you so ba calm and hang on

I'm also waiting for my stuff through redemption from April 5th and no one has got back to me.

I am having the same issue as well. I'm a truck driver and got home looking for it  I was all kinds of stressed thinking one of my nephews or niece hijacked it when it arrived. Now I know that received doesn't mean I received it lol. 

You were better in communicating updates for Razer than Razer. Lol.
