Item Serial Number Unknown For Razer Deathadder Chroma

Hello, I just bought a new Razer Deathadder Chroma. I filled in everything on the website however it says the serial number is unknown. Because of this I can't change my sensitivity and rgb etc. :( Could someone please assist me with my problem, and if there is no solution, does anyone know what the standard DPI is on this mouse? So what the DPI is in its original state.

Where did you get the mouse? Please send me the serial number of the device and a screenshot of how it appears on the device manager. Let's go from there. *Locking this thread to curb conversations to PMs.
