Jumpy Scroll Wheel

I bought Deathadder Essential about a year ago and for the past couple of months, the scroll wheel has deteriorated in function, getting more inaccurate and jumpy over time. It randomly scrolls down a couple of ticks when I scroll up and vice versa. Is there any way to fix the issue?

    Dirty scroll encoder - try to sspray some air inside.

      Did you already try to clean the scroll wheel using a can of compressed air to dislodge dirt or dust? Try to temporarily disable the Synapse application to isolate the issue. If the issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can start a case for a replacement request. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
