Just bought Barracuda, but Windows doesn't recognize USB device

Hey all! I’ve already tried everything on the support website. I’m using the USB adapter for the USB-C plug and my computer doesn’t recognize the device. Any idea how to fix this issue? Thank you!!

I have the serial number if needed.
