I just bought new Razer Blackshark v2 headphones, tried to “activate from the official website”, it told me that the product is already activated. WHAT? How? Why? What to do? HELP!

JUST BOUGHT New Headset "Already Registered". WHAAT?

Someone? Any Help? 🙄 Headset is new. Just from shop. Personally unboxed.
When i try to register it as my product on razer product registration website, its says that "this device has been already registered". Is there any chance to get another serial number because this one some reason has been already activated? Or change the product ? How the support can help me to solve the problem?
+1Blackshark V2 X? Where did you get them? The box was sealed (not opened)?
