Kaira Pro Bluetooth Intermitent Audio
Anyone having issues when connecting their headsets via Bluetooth? My headset connects to my series X perfectly but when i try to sync it to my desktop the audio goes in and out. I've updated the firmware on the headsets, gone into my PC and updated the bluetooth drivers, even downloaded the Intel App to confirm any other updates and still cannot keep keep a steady bluetooth connection. (I've even submitted a ticket to try to get this resolved.)

The intermittent audio can be attributed to the difference in codec and Bluetooth protocols used to transmit the signals. With that said, do send me your ticket number and the model of the adapter you used to pair the headset with the PC.
