Kaira Pro Driver Update
Might be a stupid question, but is the firmware update for the Kira pro the same thing as the driver update?

I am not a computer wiz by any stretch of the imagination BUT i believe the firmware update is specifically for the headset ONLY and the driver update would be for the computer itself. i could be wrong though, but i say this because i've been trying to fix the issue that i am having connecting the Kaira to my computer via bluetooth (keeps cutting in and out). Hope that helps.

It is as @adan_luna1023 stated. A firmware update only affects the headset, be it performance or audio quality, while a driver update is related to how the headset communicates with the computer. The firmware is installed into the headset's memory while a driver is installed on the computer.
