Kaira Pro PS5 not connecting via 2.4 Ghz fast connection

My new Kaira Pro PS5 is not working through 2.4 Ghz connection after a couple of days. My PS5 and PC don't recognise the usb-c dongle anymore which I don't understand. Bluetooth function works fine, aswell as the other functions such as microfone mute and haptic button. So the problem appears to be in the 2.4 Ghz transmitter. Has anyone experienced any similar problems.
