Karaken V3 Hypersense crackling/screeching issues still going...


so razer locked my thead because they didn't want to see how lazy they are at responding back to me. Its been 4 days and they finally got back to me because they were on "days off", i guess they only have 1 person working at razer....

I"m re-posting this because people need to see this respond to this horrible work razer is doing to fix a issue. I will link what they said this time,

They want me to do all of this when this issue has been going on for the past 6 months....i just dont understand how this company functions and is still on the market...wow just wow

I guess they call you at 3am is the thing to do at RAZER. Seeing how everyone is USA is up at 3am it makes sense.

So i'm trying to get razer support 2 to fix my issue because they xfer me there. Well this is what happens when tech support 2 disconnects you from chat






They keep switching you to the wrong person over and over and over again...
this company is something else.

Now they connected me with the 6 different people and they want to know everything all over again

@milkymoo63 Thank you for sharing this here. I'm sorry that you did not receive the right help to address the crackling/screeching issue of your Kraken V3 Hypersense headset. I am coordinating with the team who's handling your case and you will receive an email for an update. For security reasons, avoid sharing your case number in public. Hence, I deleted some screenshots from your post that show the case number.
This is so sad how they handle things, i have over 20 emails going back and forth as well. they even switch the people there as well and you have no clue who you're talking with. Each of them ask for the same information as well. So pathetic.
It is now 6/20/2022 a Monday, and they are still working on this.
It is now 6/22/2022 and no word from any RAZER engineering department of a fix. They said they were working on, so I keep posting here till we get a fix.
So,

So here we are 2 months later and still posting the same shit since day one, and they ask for the same thing all over again. Razer has really become just plain trash when it comes to their tech support. the sad thing is, this was posted months ago and they still didn't even fix that guys issue seeing how its the exactly the same sound. I have about 30 emails of them switching tech support people in and out, and each of them have no fucking clue what is going on.

I have had the SAME issue as this with the Kraken v1 , v2 and now the v3 , of course they all sounded different with the issue and I have even used them across different entirely new PCs. its like every certain amount of time there will be crackling/interference for about 2-3 seconds , then it goes away. Seems to be the same time spaced out sometimes.

Unplugging the V1 and the V2 used to fix the issues , but I cannot seem to get the V3 Hypersense to stop doing it , such a shame as its the only thing that lets the headset down really.
Well here we are from last night....

Weird thing is this has happened with ALL v1,v2 and v3 krakens i have ever owned.

But its much worse and much more frequent on the v3 hypersense , as I said unplugging and pluggingg it back in again used to fix it , but I cant seem to find a fix for the v3 its really annoying.
the same thing over and over and over again, such complete trash company.
Again they send the same shit over again...



i'm done with this product.
So they finally got back to me and said this,



So i said to hell with this, and did a fresh install of windows 11, and I'm not even in the insider program anymore. Well after about 3-4 mins into listening to some music after spending 3-4 hours installing a fresh windows THE SAME THING KEPT HAPPENING. This truly shows how shitty their senior engineering level support is because they were having meetings on this and calling me. Looks like they can't fix their own product and love to sale shitty accessories to their customers. Well I'm done with this trash company and i hope everyone else is as well. do not purchase anything from them. Its complete trash.

Okkkkkk boys , the firmware update appears to have fixed the crackling issue for me completely , update and enjoy!

Not heard a crackle once since I updated it , https://rzr.to/YkLuJr.

Ive always had this random crackling problem on all the V1 , V2 7.1s and the V3 Hypersense , unplugging and plugging it in used to fix the V1 and V2 until a retstart but not the V3.

.......... a random person who also HAD the same problem as you with this headset and is now fixed after installing the firmware update.

By all means don't download it and keep it crackling.

Its an official razer link........just google v3 firmware update and go from there if you are dubious of the link and then download it from the exact same link from the support page.

Jeez.

The firmware update fixed my random crackling issues with the Kraken V3 Hypersense , can support be made aware of this as a fix? I didnt even know there was a new firmware update until I searched manually for drivers online etc.

Also I think this should be a notification in Synapse , it should be telling you there is a firmware update to download , would help a lot.

milkymoo63 goes quiet as soon as there is an actual fix. Its these kind of guys who just care about making a scene and being rude to people. He doesn’t actually care about the fix xD. Thanks all for getting to the bottom of this and sharing that link.
