Key chatter on new Razer BlackWidow TE Chroma v2 TKL

I just purchased a new Razer BlackWidow TE Chroma v2 TKL with orange switches. Unfortunately I am getting key chatter on multiple keys. It's sporadic and exiting synapse, rebooting, reseating the USB cable have all failed to address this problem. Are there any potential fixes before I return this keyboard?

    Are you getting the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? In any case, please send me the serial number so I can look into possible firmware fixes. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
