Key not working on Razer Blade 15

Hello! My kid's curiosity got the best of them and they popped the M key off the keyboard on their Razer Blade 15. I verified they put the key back on correctly (I know from keyboards--I used to do hardware support back in the day), but the M key is not responding now, at all. If I take the keycap back off, pressing M still does nothing, nor does it respond when I put the M key back on. I rebooted the computer, and no luck still. It's running Windows 11. Any idea what to do to fix this?
