Keybind Not Working

Every update I have to reset only 3 of my keybinds; the sensitivity buttons, and the scroll click. I use them as the 0, -, and = when gaming as it makes it convenient. However, with the most recent update, I can alter those from their default to every other option and it works; except the Keybind. It refuses to acknowledge, or function after setting them and its pretty frustrating. I've factory reset the mouse, reinstalled Razer Central, and am quickly out of ideas. Help
