keybinds vanishing on hyperspeed x

Hi, i've just got a basilisk x hyperspeed and am very impressed with it. I've created a macro and assigned it to a button, and all works well. However, after a few hours use, the button stops working and when i go into synapse, it shows the macro as not having a bound key. Any idea what could be causing this? I'm pretty much just browsing in windows when this happens. If it makes any difference, I use a Dell XPS15. i have re-bound the key, but the same problem occurs again. Thanks!
