If you want to initiate on-the-fly macro recording, simply press the FN+F9 key. Additionally, if you want to put the keyboard into "gaming mode" and disable some of its functions, like the Windows key, press the FN+F10 key. To activate the secondary features of the function keys, press the “FN” key in combination with them. However, you will need to install Synapse first before you can use these secondary features. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2016 manual. I hope this information helps you.
