keyboard

At first my keyboard seemed fine but then the Enter Key wasn’t working so I tried a lot of different options and now the entire keyboard doesn’t work, like the lights seem to be on but nothing else works and also before a red light kind of flashed from my keyboard and now nothing, now the keyboard doesn’t show up on the device manager
