Keyboard and logo lighting on Razer blade 17 (2022) don't stay lit | Razer Insider

So for some reason, if I don't have razer central open in the background, the keyboard and logo lights on my razer blade will only stay lit for about 3 seconds before turning off if I don't touch the keyboard. When I press a key, the lighting comes back on. By default, the lighting should stay lit and be set to "spectrum cycling" according to customer support. My previous razer blade functioned fine but for some reason, my new one requires razer central to be open. Anyone know how to solve this?

Have you tried reinstalling the keyboard driver, or updating Synapse and Windows OS? You can also follow the troubleshooting steps here for fixing the camera issue of your laptop. PM me the serial number if you're still experiencing the same problem so I can start a case and raise your concern to the relevant team for an advanced resolution or repair if necessary.
