Keyboard and mouse disconnections with Thunderbolt dock

I purchased the Thunderbolt dock a few weeks ago and am experiencing frequent problems with my Razer peripherals. These problems happens on two different computers (PC and Mac). Blade 15" Base (2020) RZ09-03287E22 running Windows 11: the keyboard freezes frequently, sometimes with a keystroke permanently pressed down. If I have Synapse open, I can see the dock disconnect and reconnect—all of the connected accessories disappear and then reappear after a brief period. 13" M1 MacBook Pro: the problem occurs but very occasionally. I can tell the dock has sometimes rebooted because the lights go off and come back on. This suggests it's not a problem with Synapse but something else. Here's the setup:
  • Thunderbolt 4 Dock
  • Raptor 27
  • Goliath Extended Chroma
  • BlackWidow V3
  • Basilisk X HyperSpeed
  • Base Station Chroma
  • Laptop Stand Chroma V2
I've tried various combinations of connecting everything together, even going so far as using a separate powered USB hub via USB-C. Doesn't matter what combination I use. Before I bought the dock, I had all peripherals except the Raptor connected to a powered USB-C hub and had no problems at all. I've read a few posts that it's possibly an issue between the dock and keyboard. Can anyone shed light on what is causing the problem? I bought this dock assuming it'd work great with Razer's own peripherals!

      I have had this problem too. Razer support informed me that the thunderbolt dock does not work with Windows 11 currently and that a driver update for compatibility will happen in the "future." I had the same problem on my Blade 15 Advanced running Windows 11, but on my old Dell laptop running windows 10 it worked fine. They need to fix the driver asap.

      I contacted Razer as well and they just told me to return it to Amazon and exchange it since it was in a returns period. I've managed to reduce the frequency of the problem after trying several combinations of connecting things together. It still very occasionally has a problem and I need to disconnect power and reconnect it. Based on what I've seen, there's something about the Blackwidow V3 that doesn't work properly with the dock. I have a Huntsman mini I'm going to try using for the next few days and see if the problem occurs with that.
