Keyboard and mouse lights have lag

I was playing Diablo 4 and when I level up or a legendary drops it takes about 10 seconds before the keyboard and mouse lights respond. Tried different USB ports, tried my laptop and still the same. I paid a small fortune for these things from a Razer store, Also does it on the visualiser, that’s about a 2 second delay in the music playing and when the song finishes the lights are still going and on the mouse its worse it just carries on and on. Any suggestions?
