Keyboard doesn't work during playing multimedia

Hello, I need to fix problem with keyboard Chroma Cynosa, which stop working, just "Fn" button working to show upper buttons "F" , that will stay "colourly alive". It happens, when i play music on Youtube, Aimp player, VLC etc. But if i will close Razer Synapse 3, then everything working... So there is some issue with Razer Synapse 3 and my keyboard during playing multimedia files. Please help me, Thank you! :)

Hi there! That's odd. Have you isolated the issue by logging in your Razer Synapse account to a guest account in the referral? Have you contacted the Support Team via email, chat or phone?
