Keyboard Huntsman v2 analog USB A & C doesn't work

My keyboard does not work with either of the two USB connectors directly, I plugged both inputs into different ports on my computer but the keyboard is not detected, I tried it on other devices but they are not detected, but the keyboard is detected if I plug it in through USB C using the adapter, if it is not through the adapter the keyboard does not work, is there a way to fix this? I would like to be able to use the USB C connection. Thx for your answers.

I have the same problem, my keyboard doesn't work directly with either of the two USB connectors, I don't use an adapter

Razer keyboards don't work and there is no support. I had to return it and get my money back at the store.
