Keyboard keys not responding
Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with my keyboard that started after I changed my pc. Some keys are not responding when I tap on them[other times they respond well]. In the daily life, it's just annoying. When I'm playing Darks Souls the game might be a little unforgivable.
I have the T and Q (and before the X [resolved on its own]) that do not works.
As Darks Souls use the WASD key to move, I setted my keys to be at just one stretch of a finger.
Anyone have an idea how to fix this problem?

Hi there! What specific keyboard do you have? Have you tried reinstalling Synapse? Also, does the same issue happen when connected to another PC?
I dont live with someone with an another pc, i havent tried to reinstal synapes (althought my keyboard doesnt appear in my product, does it matter?)
My keyboard is the "Blackwidow ultimate stealth 2016 edition"
PS: I tried to register my keyboard but the system doesnt reconize my serial number
