keyboard light stopped working on razer blade 15 I tried everything from deleting Razer Synapse too Factory reset my laptop. And nothing helped. Does anyone know what the problem would be?

Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Have you tried resetting the lighting of your keypad via Synapse? Please send me the serial number of your laptop via PM.
