Keyboard lighting issue - Razer Blade 15

Hello, I bought my new razer computer 2 days ago and I've been having some really weird keyboard issues. My keyboard worked perfectly fine for the first day, I could change the lighting and everything in razer synapse 3. The next day the keyboard stopped responding to razer synapse and one side of the keyboard was one color and the other side was another. Every now and then it changed to a different set of colors, (Purple, blue, green). Then it eventually just shut off... I troubleshot for a few hours from reinstalling synapse, downloading synapse 2, deleting keyboard & mouse drivers. I tried basically everything I could find on the internet. With no luck, I called it a night and went to bed. When I woke up I opened my computer and the keyboard was working perfectly fine, till a few hours later it broke again. So I decided to just factory reset the entire computer because I had it lol. That seemed to work till ONCE AGAIN the keyboard decided to have a mind of it's own. If anyone could please help this is driving me insane. Specs: Razer Blade 15 Rtx 2060 Intel i7 9750H 2.60Hz 16 gb ram
