Keyboard Lights Always Red

Recently the keyboard lighting on my 2020 Razer Blade Pro 17 has been different. The CTRL, CAPS, ESC and the Tilde keys are always red. When I turn off the keyboard lighting they stay on, if I hold the fn key all the lights go off except fo rthose keys and all the F keys, if I change the color the red shows through for example if I set all keys to blue then those will be purple. Only if I put the key brightness do they change colour. I have done a clean install of Razer Synapse and has not fixed it.
