Keyboard lights not working on Razer Huntsman Elite.

Hi, I bought a razer Huntsman elite couple of weeks back and have some trouble getting the lights to work on it. I own a Mac and that's where I Primarily use the keyboard, Initially, I tried to configure Synapse on my macos mojave, but the software does not work on Mojave is what I heard. but going back to the product manual that came with the keyboard, the manual clearly says the Profiles would work "Even if the keyboard is connected to a system that doesn't have a Razer synapse software". So I connected the keyboards to my wife's windows computer, installed, Razer Synapse 3.0 .copied all the required profiles on my on keyboard memory, but still, the keyboard always remains with its default lighting profile. when I switch profiles using the key combinations written in the manual, I can cycle through all the profile colors. but the actual Chroma profile never changes. We also know that the lighting profiles have the capacity to work from the memory because the default profile works. Did anyone else get this to work? Am I doing something wrong here?
