I currently have no sound and haven't for two days now, this only happened after my Blackwidow Elite mute button was pressed. I've been scouring the internet to see if anyone has had a similar problem but it doesn't seem so. I'm not exactly tech savvy so any advice is welcome.
Does your PC still gets muted even after unplugging the keyboard? Also, have you tried connecting a speaker or a headset on your computer to check if the same issue persists? For now, try adjusting your PC's audio volume since doing that will automatically unmute the PC. But if the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your keyboard. I can use it to verify its model and look for other solutions.
