Keyboard profiles

Hi, I just bought a razer keyboard and it's my first time using Synapse. Can someone explain how to make your keyboard's lightning change when you play a game? I mean, I actually have the rainbow wave and I know how to custom the keyboard but not how to assign a profile to a game. I still created a profile for League Of Legends and linked the game to it but that's all. Anyway, I tried a lot of things and it didn't work, if someone has a full tutorial on how to make your keyboard's lightning change when you launch a game, it'd be perfect. Sorry for my english ^^'
