My BlackWidow V3 suddenly stopped registering with Synapse. This started after a reboot. Unplugging the device and plugging it back in, even to a different ports has no effect. Closing and reloading Synapse has no effect. I upgraded to Synapse 4 and it reappeared, but the process left my chroma settings missing. I imported them, and I thought the popup was to restart the app, but it restarted my computer. Once it came back up the BlackWidow showed disconnected again. I’m typing this on it, it’s not disconnected. What do I need to do here?
Should I remove the Device from the app and then reseat it, see if that works? I was worried about removing it impacting my Chroma settings
