Keyboard Unresponsive While Synapse Is Open

I just purchased the Huntsman V2 Analog. When I first connected the keyboard and downloaded Synapse it worked fine. Now, every time I start my computer and Synapse is open, the keyboard becomes unresponsive. If I close Synapse it becomes responsive again but, because Synapse isn't open, the keyboard returns to its default state, no customisation settings are available. Once the keyboard is unresponsive I have to disconnect it and then reconnect it via the USB port. This isn't something hard to do, but when I have to do this every day it becomes a little frustrating and tedious especially after spending so much money on the peripheral. I would like to be able to access all the features of the keyboard through Synapse but at the moment, I can not. Please help :(

Does anyone else have this problem?

Were there any updates made to your system or Razer Synapse before the issue? Let's try to fix the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, send me the serial number so I can look into firmware-related solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
