Keybord Razer stays ON and OFF alone

Hello my keybord razer BLACKWIDOW stay on and off alone it also does not connect in synapse, i am use windows 10. my mouse is a razer naga and it works correctly and there is no problem, as i live in brazil i already sent emails for support but it doesn't exist in my country, I already switched it on the computer usbs but it always gives this problem to anyone I put, the only way I was able to use it without turning it off on my own was by disabling it on the device panel.
