Keys changing functions

So I have a problem where occasionally it will change functions and won't type normally. It wasn't fn/F10 this time, the light wasn't on and my mouse was doing the same thing but it's from Logitech. I have a Cynosa Chroma, your help would greatly be appreciated.

    Let's perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your device. That way, I can take a closer look and assist you accordingly. I'll lock this thread now.
