Keys haven't been working for ages (blackwidow v3 mini)

The 4, R, F and C keys on my Blackwidow v3 Mini don’t work at all and haven’t been for ages. I checked in Synapse and there was no input registered no matter how hard I pressed the keys down. How can I fix this?
