My son got the Kaira pro for xbox headset for Christmas and has been working fine. However over the past week when he plays with his friends (Mainly Fortnite and Minecraft) they can hear him but he cannot hear them. He can hear the in game noise and if he disconnects the headset he can hear them chatting through the TV. I have looked on a few youtube videos and ensured the correct settings on the xbox but hasn’t fixed the problem.
Any ideas to help would be greatly appreciated as playing fortnite with his friends was the main reason he wanted a headset.
