Hi,
this afternoon my Kiro stopped working.
When i check the device manager it states “device descriptor request failed”
I have uninstalled both synapse, and removed the drivers using the driver remover tool and the same happens.
It shows the device working, but soon as i try and open the device in synapse it throws an error (see pic) and the device goes back to being “device descriptor request failed”
Any help would be great.
Update
I have tried on multiple PC’s with the same outcome…
Interesting i see multiple instances of this in the forum with no help given
seems that no solution at all, I have encountered same error.
Steps I have tried
- I have connected my undetected camera to other PC/Laptop
- Let the driver download there automatically
- connected back to my PC
- Install the Firmware updater, and it did work
