Kishi not being detected

I have a one plus 5t with Android 8 upwards, but somehow my phone does not detect the kishi controller. Can some one advise

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tried installing the Razer Kishi app? Also, have you tried connecting the controller to a different mobile phone?

      Shouldn't Android 10 be available for the 5T? I would really recommend updating! When your Kishi is connected is there any notifications on screen? When it's connected to my Oneplus 8 the blue light briefly comes on and there is a notification about charging the connected USB device. Side note I moved your thread to the support section as the Cortex subforum wasn't the correct place to post.
