Kishi not being recognized

I've been using the Kishi with my Galaxy s10+, and when I first plug my phone into it, the phone recognizes the Kishi and I am able to use with both xCloud and Google Stadia, but after less than 10 minutes my phone no longer recognizes the Kishi. Any reason for this or way I can fix this?

    Does the Kishi app detect the controller? Update firmware?
