Kishu v2 directionals not working

Hi,

Used my kishi V2 without issue for some time - but now all the buttons are being recognised but the D pad and joysticks are not being recognised in the nexus app or in games.

 

If I disconnect and reconnect it works for a few seconds, but then after that only buttons work.

 

In game it shows connected, like on Real racing and 1v1 lol but again, after a few seconds the analogue sticks and dpad just sre not recognised.

 

When I press the nexus button it goes back to the nexus app, but again analogue and dpad not working.…

 

Any suggestions?

    Hi @ClarkyGamer,

     

    Thanks for posting your concern  in our support board. Does the problem persist on multiple PCs, even if you temporarily disable the Synapse app? PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check our options for a possible replacement.
