I’ve purchased two Razer Kitsune’s and they both seem to have the same issue.
Randomly when a button is pressed (usually a directional input) no key press is registered. Watching the input monitor shows (Street Fighter 6 training mode) the key press never makes it to the application when the button is held down, however if I release the button and press again, the key press registers. The issue appears intermittent but happens frequently enough I’ve caught it twice while using the in game training mode which monitors the controller input.
Is it possible I received two separate controllers with the same issue or could there be something else at play here? Are the switches serviceable/replaceable?
I am using the USB cable that came with the controller and all games have been played via Steam.
