Kitty Kraken product number invalid?

I just bought a kitty kraken and when I go to register it, it says that the product number is invalid. The SN works fine but in the ear cup the product number isnt completed and when I use the one in the box it just says invalid?

Allow me to assist you by sending me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can check for the product number by using the SN. I'll pick it up from there.
