I have a Kiyo running firmware v2.03_r1. The camera is frequently unable to focus regardless of whether I use auto focus or use the manual slider. The problem occurs whether Synapse is running or not. The ability to focus occasionally returns on its own but eventually happens again. I've tried it on a couple different computers as well.

The Razer Kiyo has a variable focus so it can be used at a range of distances. If you want to set the focus to one position, open the camera controls in OBS or XSplit, navigate to the control tab and untick the focus box. From there, you can adjust the slider to your desired focus. Feel free to send me a PM or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
