KIYO doesn't work with ZOOM

I bought KIYO and set it up. It worked perfectly in the app. When I logged on to ZOOM to teach a class the camera wasn't recognized. I am bummed out! Guess I will have to return it. Windows 10 Pro, with all the latest updates. Won't work with the ZOOM app and it won't work when joining a meeting using a browser.
