my razer kiyo isnt working this was ever since last synapse update its just blank on the broadcaster tab for synapse no info and ive even switched out the kiyo for another nothing

Thanks for the reply. Is the Kiyo still recognized in the device manager? Are you still able to use with other applications? Also, what is the current version number of Synapse 3 that you are using?

yes i have ther synapse fully updated to the newest software the kiyo wont even turn on ive switched my kiyo 3 times now and nothing the synapse will show a spot for the kiyo on broadcaster but the spot on broadcaster is black with the name razer kiyo at bottom.

im not sure if you got it fixed but I wanted to give you the workaround I'm using - razer told me that there was a bug with the current version of synapse. What I did was uninstalled all razer software, then deleted the razer folders both in program files and my windows user folder. After that, I restarted my computer, and plugged the kiyo in. It automatically installed an older version of synapse that doesnt have the bug. Just make sure you don't update and you should be good until this is fixed.
