Kiyo Pro Crashes in Zoom Meetings | Razer Insider

Has anybody else seen this issue? I've read another user reporting the issue on Reddit.



All starts fine but, if you turn your camera off, when you turn it back on it ceases to work. Zoom reports that it can't start the video. When I then put my standard Kiyo in, I get the same issue.



But if I only use the standard one, the problem doesn't happen.



Updated the Pro to the latest firmware, still the issue happens.



The Pro's now gathering dust while I rely on the Kiyo.

Allow me to report this to our Support Team. Please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 and MSinfo logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then send them over via PM. Once done, please perform the clean reinstallation of the Razer Synapse 3 by following the steps here. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
