Kiyo Pro Drivers

I have a Kiyo Pro that has stopped working (windows 11) when I had my mother replaced in my desktop. The original M2 DD went back in and everything is fine apart from the Kiyo Pro as this is now not recognised. If I unplug it and plug it back in (tried all USB ports) I get the Windows chime so it is recognising that it has been connected. Looking at the drivers in device manager there was an issue, but updating the driver didn’t work and posted an error. I’ve done a total uninstall of both the drivers and the synapse software, restarted and done a clean reinstall. Synapse is fine, but the camera drivers won’t reinstall. The message states that the drivers have been found but can’t be downloded due to an error. I have plugged the camera into a laptop and it has worked fine.
