Hi. When trying to install the firmware update for the Kiyo Pro, it says I need to contact support. See screenshot. What should I do?

I have this exact same problem and contacted razer support. They said:- "We hate to say that your current firmware is not compatible with the update, but we can offer a replacement on that one." I'm not sure whether they mean a replacement device or replacement firmware but I guess they probably mean the firmware. I'll post an update if I learn more which may assist you.
