I am trying to update my Kiyo Pro’s firmware so that it will work well with different programs like OBS, but I’m getting a message that I need to contact support in order to update it.
I ordered my Kiyo Pro in March of 2021. A while ago, it stopped working well (showing up as “USB camera” and not showing up at all in Synapse, freezing occasionally) and tried updating the firmware. Is there no way to update it through Razer? Did they just stop supporting this expensive (at the time) webcam?
