Kiyo Pro firmware updater not working
Hi, I have just bought a Kiyo Pro and am trying to use the firmware to update from v1.01 to v1.05.
The firmware updater appears to work, and asks to unplug the camera and plug back in - but then simply restarts the update process. It's caught in this loop and the update is not being written to the camera.
Can someone help advise please - I'll need to return this if it's not updateable - holding focus is not v impressive with the currently installed firmware and I'm hoping a firmware update will improve things.
