Kiyo Pro Ugly Color Areas

Hi all. I'm working with a friend to solve some webcam issues she's having on her Kiyo Pro. Basically, there are blotches that appear on her face and shift around as she talks. I'm wondering if those spots are overexposed and blown-out white the Kiyo Pro is filling those spots with color. See attached images. Are we looking at an exposure issue? Brightness settings? Saturation? Thanks!

    Try to adjust the PowerLine Frequency of the Razer Kiyo in the Synapse 3 settings. You can find this in advanced settings when you go to the broadcaster tab. I also suggest you try to update the BIOS of her laptop/PC and the firmware of the camera which you can get here.
